All our Menus are Malcolm's creations and they always reflect his individual style and approach to food.
His 'style' has been described by many as modern, eclectic with a strong emphasis on classical sauces - a passion of Malcolm's from his early classical French training.
As far away from the sea as we are, fresh fish and shellfish feature heavily on all of Malcolm's menus and deliveries arrive direct from Devon. But fresh fish is only a part of the story. Home made chutneys, compotes, pates, mousses, soups, savoury tarts and delicious desserts are as important as the fish from Brixham and the well sourced meats such as lamb, beef, duck, veal ..... and much, much more!
The Bistro menu has an extensive a la carte selection from a light meal at lunch time to a full three course meal.
Special menus are also available in the Bistro during promotional periods. Conditions apply.
The restaurant menu includes all of the fish specials and seasonal dishes.
PLUS a daily market menu available at £15 for two courses.
Tailor-made menus are created around our customer's particular requirements and budget for occasions such as corporate functions or weddings, business lunches with limited time or private gatherings.
